Four minors 'arrested and beaten' by cops,

Indran Ravitharan Arvin Raj Saativel S.Saravanan	14 14 14 14 21	9th Nov 2011	This was said by S.Saravanan(21) who was slashed on the head and his hands almost severed when he was attacked by a Malay youth in a group of 10 Malay Muslim mob at the PPR low cost flats at Kg Baru Setapak The said Malay mob was never even arrested but instead the four 14 years old teenagers Indran a/l Manogaran (14) Saativel a/l Nagayah (14), Ravitharan a/l Manimurasu (14) Arvin Raj a/l Manisegaran (14) were arrested when they went to the Setapak police station to lodge police reports. Thereafter they were beaten up at the Setapak Police Station lock up by an Indian mandore police man S.I.O. ASP Shan Gopal who had forced them to plead guilty and sign the statements or else they would be jailed for 10 years. All done to please and to be in the good books of his Malay UMNO police tuans. This is not the first time Shan Gopal is terrorizing the poor Indians in Setapak.
