Negeri cops accused of torture

S Sri Ramakrishnan	27	6th July 2011	A lorry driver has accused Negeri Sembilan police of subjecting him to torture for five days, saying he was repeatedly punched, kicked, stepped on, whipped and electrocuted. He was wrongfully detained on suspicion of involvement with vehicle theft and that the torture was an attempt to extract a confession.
